RIGHT OF RETURN:
Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hangtags, etc. still attached. Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. No tape is to be attached to the product or the product’s packaging.
All products sold on www.hankjobenhavn.com are subject to 2 years warranty. This warranty covers production faults only and not wear and tear from regular use.
Before returning your order, for whatever reason, please contact us on email@example.com stating in detail the reason for the return. Once you have contacted us, return the order as described above to the following address:
Enclose the return form filled out accordingly. All this is to ensure you the fastest and easiest service. We recommend that you use tracking and insured shipping.
The responsibility of the product is in the hands of the customer as soon as the customer receives it. Therefore customer assumes full responsibility for the return and condition of the product. In case of returning a damaged or defective product, Han Kjøbenhavn can deduct money from the amount that you are to be refunded. Please note that the customer pays the shipping fee when returning a product. Please note that we do not pick up, parcels at pick up spots. Please make sure to send them directly to our warehouse.
In case of a return with a refund, you will get the entire amount that you paid refunded. All refunds will be carried out through the payment method, in which you originally placed the order. The refund will happen no later than 7 days after we receive the item.
In case of an exchange, we will ship the wished item as soon as we receive the original order. If the wished exchange is not possible you will be contacted with the option of changing it into something else or receiving a refund. Costs for the new delivery will be paid by us.
