Shipping and Return
Han Kjøbenhavn delivers worldwide. Orders are sent with GLS in Denmark and Germany; DHL for the rest of the world. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. When an order is sent, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number and estimated delivery for your package.

The shipping rates and currency depend on the shipping destination.

- Europe & UK: 9€ (free above 140€)
- US: 9$ (free above 160 USD)
- Rest of World: 9$
Delivery Time
- Denmark: 1-2 working days
- Europe & UK: 1-3 working days
- Rest of the world: 2-5 working days
Delivery to United Kingdom (UK): Due to the current import regulations, we are only able to ship orders above 135 EUR to the United Kingdom. But, we offer you free shipping and landed prices (we will cover any VAT, customs and import fees).
Delivery to Russia
At the moment we are unable to deliver orders to Russia.
Pricing
All displayed prices include the local VAT. For Non-EU countries 0% VAT applied.
Tax-free
We offer our customers tax-free purchases on orders from outside the EU. The VAT will be deducted automatically when you select shipping country in checkout.
Local taxes
Please note that local import duties and taxes may still apply on your international order. We have no control over these charges and we are not able to predict what they might be. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we strive to make sure that prices, descriptions and stock details on goods are accurate, errors may occur and we retain the right to change these at any time.
Right of return
Online purchases can be returned within 14 days from the date you receive the package. Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hangtags, etc., still attached. Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. No tape is to be attached to the product or the product’s packaging.
Warranty claims
All products sold on www.hankjobenhavn.com are subject to 2 years warranty. This warranty covers production faults only and not wear and tear from regular use.
Before returning
Enclose the return form filled out accordingly. All this is to ensure you the fastest and easiest service. We recommend that you use tracking and insured shipping.
Returning
The responsibility of the product is in the hands of the customer as soon as the customer receives it. Therefore customer assumes full responsibility for the return and condition of the product. In the case of returning a damaged or defective product, Han Kjøbenhavn can deduct money from the amount that you are to be refunded. Please note that the customer pays the shipping fee when returning a product. Please note that we do not pick up parcels at pick up spots. Please make sure to send them directly to our warehouse.
Refund
In case of a return with a refund, you will get the entire amount that you paid refunded. All refunds will be carried out through the payment method in which you originally placed the order. The refund will happen no later than 7 days after we receive the item.
Exchange
In case you like to exchange an item or more, please return your package and place a new order on our website.
