Shipping
Han Kjøbenhavn delivers worldwide. Orders are shipped with GLS in Denmark and the rest of Europe, and with DHL Express to the rest of the world. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. When an order is sent, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number and estimated delivery for your package.
Shipping rates
The shipping rates and currency depend on the shipping destination.
- Denmark: Free shipping in December
- Europe & UK: 9 EUR
- USA: 9 USD
- Rest of the World: 9 USD
Delivery Time
Denmark: 1-2 business days
Europe & UK: 2-3 business days
Rest of the world: 3-4 business days
NB. We currently do not ship to Russia or the Republic of Belarus.
Pricing
All displayed prices include the local VAT. For Non-EU countries 0% VAT applied.
Tax-free
We offer our customers tax-free purchases on orders from outside the EU. The VAT will be deducted automatically when you select shipping country in checkout.
Local taxes
Please note that local import duties and taxes may still apply on your international order. We have no control over these charges and we are not able to predict what they might be. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.

Warranty claims
All products sold on www.hankjobenhavn.com are subject to 2 years warranty. This warranty covers production faults only and not wear and tear from regular use.
